Refund Policy of picky

Picky makes every effort to meet the needs of its customers. However, if we fail to meet our commitment or supply the service for any reason, we will tell you through phone, text, or email within 24 hours. If Picky fails to perform a service and a refund is required, it will be processed within 7 days of our acknowledgment.

Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:

- Unable to serve with any product,- Customer returns any product from a paid order,- Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.

The refund amount will be paid to the customer by cash or using mobile banking. And the remaining balance may only be utilized at Picky. Within 7 days of receiving a customer's request, Picky will transfer the refund amount to the user's original payment source. Customers who paid with bKash, card, or other electronic methods are eligible for a refund. Picky Credits are the only way to get a refund for orders that were purchased in cash.

 SPECIAL NOTE: If you purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price. If you are returning items that were purchased on a promotion, such as ‘Buy one get one-half price’ or ‘3 for 2’, then the promotion will no longer apply and your refund value will be adjusted accordingly.

পিকির ফেরত নীতি:

পিকি তার গ্রাহকদের চাহিদা মেটাতে সর্বাত্মক প্রচেষ্টা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে। তবে আমরা যদি আমাদের প্রতিশ্রুতিমত পরিসেবা বা পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে না পারি তাহলে আপনাকে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ফোন, টেক্সট বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করব। যদি অর্থ ফেরত দেয়ার প্রয়োজন হয় তাহলে নোটিশ প্রাপ্তির সাত দিনের মধ্যে এর প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।

নিম্নে বর্ণিত পরিস্থিতিতেই কেবলমাত্র ফেরত অনুরোধ প্রক্রিয়া প্রযোজ্য হবে:

ফেরতের অর্থ গ্রাহককে নগদ বা মোবাইল ব্যাঙ্কিং ব্যবহার করে প্রদান করা হবে। গ্রাহকের অনুরোধ পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে বিকাশ, কার্ড বা অন্যান্য ইলেকট্রনিক পদ্ধতিতে অর্থ ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে। অবশ্য যারা নগদ অর্থে পণ্য ক্রয় করেছেন তারা তাদের অর্থ শুধুমাত্র পিকির অন্যান্য পণ্য ক্রয়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।

বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য:

আপনি যদি হ্রাস কৃত মূল্যে পণ্য ক্রয় করেন তবে আপনার ফেরত সেই হ্রাসকৃত মূল্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে করা হবে। এছাড়া আপনি যদি একটি পণ্য কিনলে একটি ফ্রি বা দুইটি পণ্য কিনলে একটি ফ্রি এই জাতীয় সুবিধাগুলো গ্রহণ করেন তাহলে আপনার পণ্যের মূল্য সমন্বয়ে করে আপনাকে অর্থ ফেরত করা হবে।
